More of their everyday world.

For a child who fits the Small size, supported movement can be considered around the activities that matter to them: school, family time and everyday participation. A child's age alone does not establish suitability.

An everyday possibility

An example to explore: moving around school

Imagine a child who can take steps but needs additional balance support between activities. The discussion starts with classroom space, corridors, thresholds and the child's own goals. A demonstration can help a family understand how the walker works; their clinical team can advise on the child's individual needs.

What to think about

School routines

Consider space around desks, doorways and transitions between activities. The walker must fit the environment as well as the child.

Family time

Think about the everyday activities the child wants to join in, and the support they need when tired.

Choosing the size

Small is listed for heights of 137 to 157 cm, an inside leg of approximately 61 to 69 cm, and a maximum total weight of 90.7 kg. Check all measurements together. Height adjustment can accommodate some growth within the chosen model's limits; recheck fit as the child grows.

The pictured child is an illustration, not a customer testimonial. Children's proportions, movement, ability to use the walker and support needs vary. The Regain Walker is not suitable for every child.
